Novuma

Novuma is a biostimulator that increases collagen synthesis by stimulating fibroblast cells, whose activity has decreased since the twenties. Due to various genetic, hormonal, and environmental factors, the skin that has lost its thickness, elasticity, and brightness, with more pronounced lines and sagging, can achieve a more youthful appearance thanks to the biostimulator effect.

Although the lifting effect begins to be noticeable quickly, the full effect is seen between 8-12 weeks. This period can vary depending on individual factors such as skin thickness, age, chronic diseases, and smoking and alcohol consumption. The effect reaches its peak at the 5th month.

The duration of effect directly depends on individual factors (such as smoking and tea consumption, systemic diseases, sun exposure, daily routine care, etc.) and may vary from person to person. The effect typically ends completely between 12-24 months. It has been observed that the fibroblast stimulation effect begins to decrease after the 8th month. Therefore, it is recommended to repeat the application between 8-12 months.

To date, no specific side effects have been reported related to Novuma or its active ingredient. The undesirable effects observed are local symptoms that occur due to interventions during application, which regress in a short time.

Novuma distinguishes itself from all other fillers with two important features: a syringe extrusion force of 5 Newtons and a higher weight percentage of CaHA density.

Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that fill in lost volume in the skin, Novuma is used to stimulate reduced collagen synthesis, which is the underlying cause. This allows the skin to achieve a more natural appearance with less risk of an undesirable appearance. Other fillers containing Plla have a higher risk of developing allergic reactions compared to Novuma.

Although there is no published scientific study on this subject, considering the application method, mechanism of action, results of effects, and complete absorption by the body within 3 years after the procedure, it is predicted that this will not cause more sagging, based on the experience shared by practicing physicians.

To avoid the formation of nodules or granulomas, safe intradermal application limits should be observed. To date, no side effects related to overdose have been reported. The recommended doses in our protocol should be followed.

To date, no side effects related to overdose have been reported. Applications can be made in different areas in a single session.
Calhydra

Calhydra is a product that combines the long-term biostimulator effect of calcium hydroxylapatite with the immediate volume restoration effect of hyaluronic acid. The Novuma component in its content stimulates collagen synthesis through fibroblasts, while Refrej ensures the immediate recovery of lost volume in the skin.

Calhydra can be used in skin areas that have lost their thickness, elasticity, and radiance due to various genetic, hormonal, and environmental factors, where lines have become pronounced, and sagging has occurred.

The Ys series is a product line where the effect is seen immediately after application, has a short duration of effect, and can be applied in many different areas. Calhydra differs from Ys products with both its different mechanism of action and longer duration of effect. Compared to Calhydra Novuma, it stands out with its immediate visible effect after application due to the hyaluronic acid it contains. It is the latest technology developed.

Due to the necessity of applying different doses of hyaluronic acid to different application areas, Calhydra is produced as a treatment package that can be prepared at a concentration specific to the area the physician will treat, unlike other hybrid fillers which are available in a single concentration.

Apart from the application risks seen in intradermal interventions, there are no reported risks or side effects.
Calhydra Lift

The primary difference between Calhydra and Calhydra Lift lies in their unique HA (Hyaluronic Acid) formulations. Calhydra contains Refrej I, whereas Calhydra Lift incorporates Refrej II, characterized by an increased cross-linking ratio, greater elasticity, and enhanced cohesivity. These attributes enable Calhydra Lift to provide a more pronounced lifting effect and longer-lasting results.

Calhydra Lift is suitable for use in skin areas that have lost thickness, elasticity, and radiance due to various genetic, hormonal, and environmental factors, including areas with pronounced lines and sagging.

The duration of Calhydra Lift effects varies depending on individual factors, such as smoking, tea consumption, systemic diseases, sun exposure, and daily skincare routines. Generally, the effects last between 12 and 24 months.

Unlike other hybrid fillers that are available in a single concentration, Calhydra Lift is offered as a Multiple Effect Dermal Filler Application Kit that can be customized to the specific concentration required for the treatment area, allowing for precise dosing of HA (Hyaluronic Acid) based on the physician's assessment.

Aside from the common risks associated with intradermal procedures, no additional risks or side effects have been reported for Calhydra Lift.
